Jhunjhunu/Jaipur: Union agriculture and farmers’ welfare minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said Monday that 34.48 lakh farmers across India—including 9.7 lakh in Rajasthan—benefited from the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY). “Now, every farmer who suffers crop loss gets full compensation directly into his bank account,” he said.
