Ajmer: A retired inspector of Rajasthan Police Mahveer Singh (65) died by suicide Sunday at his house in Gandhinagar area, Kishangarh. Police found no suicide note.Gandhinagar police said that Singh was found hanging from the ceiling of his room when the maid entered to clean the house. Police were informed who took the body to govt Yagnarayan Hospital for post-mortem.His family has been informed.The deceased was residing alone and his family was at his village Padanga near Kishangarh.According to police, Singh retired in 2021 and had been living in Kishangarh alone since then while his wife and children lived in the village.Police found that Saturday night, he messaged his family to come to Kishangarh. The family, on reaching Kishangarh, told the police that there was a dispute in the family and Mahaveer lived alone of his own will.
