Jaipur: Congress MLA from Surajgarj, Shrawan Kumar, praised chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, calling him ‘Kalyug ke devta’. The MLA expressed gratitude to the CM over the phone for sanctioning the budget for the Kumbharam Lift Canal Project, saying that the CM accomplished something no one else on earth could do, and he would remain thankful for life.On Friday, a budget of Rs 1,092 crore was approved, and a work order was issued for the Kumbharam Lift Canal Project for the Surajgarh and Udaipurwati assembly areas in Jhunjhunu district. Subsequently, Saturday, six-time MLA Kumar spoke with the CM over the phone. A video of this conversation surfaced Sunday, showing the MLA speaking to the CM over the phone with the loudspeaker on. “You have done what no one else on earth could,” the MLA told the CM Talking to TOI, Kumar said, “I thanked the CM for sanctioning the project. He is like ‘paani ka devta’ for us.
