Bhilwara: Crime in Bhilwara district fell by 22.67% in 2025 compared to 2024, and that action was underway to attach the properties of 18 criminals, said Bhilwara SP Dharmendra Singh Sunday.He made the remarks while addressing the press at the auditorium of the Bhilwara SP office, where he honoured 85 police officers and personnel with commendation certificates for excellent work throughout the year.The SP said the objective was to create confidence among common people and fear among criminals. He said action would be taken to confiscate property under Section 107 of BNS against those who acquired property through crimes.Singh said 7,390 cases were registered in Bhilwara district in 2024, and this fell to 5,715 cases in 2025, which he said was 22.67% less.
