Jhunjhunu: Police arrested two men Wednesday for defrauding devotees by promising VIP darshan of Baba Khatu Shyam Ji in Sikar district. Khatushyamji police station’s SHO Rahul Chaudhary said the arrested men were Rahul Singh from Shantinagar, Jaipur, and Harendra Singh from Achrol.
A case was filed by Prithvi Singh Chauhan, president of Shri Shyam Temple Committee, against unknown persons for the fraud. There were repeated complaints about fraud in the name of VIP darshan at the temple, prompting the police to take action.
